TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a purchase with Taylor’s Touch Rentals, LLC, the customer agrees that he/she understands and is accepting the following Terms and Conditions.

RENTAL PERIOD

All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning two days before the scheduled event date and ending three days after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Taylor’s Touch Rentals, LLC. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.

INSURANCE

The customer hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify Taylor’s Touch Rentals, LLC for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property. Insurance is built into the cost of each item in order to cover normal wear and tear of the products, including chipped paint, damaged pieces, minor stains, or other determined natural wear of the product. Insurance will not cover items damaged beyond normal wear and tear or items NOT returned. This includes actions like disassembling arrangements, causing burns, excessive staining, and subjecting items to water or fire damage. The buyer shall be responsible for 50% of the rental cost per damaged item and the full value of items unreturned, estimated at 150% of the rental cost.

RETURN OF PROPERTY TO TAYLOR’S TOUCH RENTALS, LLC

The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Taylor’s Touch Rentals, LLC. The property must be returned to the original pick up location 3 day’s after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $25 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned to the provider by the date/time agreed to herein. Taylor’s Touch Rentals is not responsible for any personal property unintentionally returned with rental property.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDER POLICY

Taylor’s Touch Rentlas, LLC requires a 90 days notice on cancellations in order to issue a refund of the deposit. Orders canceled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to taylorstouchrentalss@gmail.com.

Changes to an existing order can be made up to 10 days before the event date. Deletions within 10 days are not accepted. Any additions need to be made by placing a new order. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. No cancellations of individual items are allowed within 10 days before the event date.
